TimeSense Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") outline the conditions for using the TimeSense app ("the App") provided by SynCraft ("we" or "us"). Please read these Terms carefully and use the App only if you agree to them.

1. Purpose and Intended Use

1. The App is an educational support tool designed to help children develop a sense of time.
2. It is intended to be used under parental supervision and is not designed for independent use by children under the age of 13.

2. Usage Conditions and Prohibited Actions

1. Users are prohibited from engaging in the following:
   (1) Modifying, decompiling, or reverse-engineering the App
   (2) Reproducing, redistributing, or reselling the App or any of its components without permission
   (3) Any activity that violates laws or public order and morals

3. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All content within the App—including characters, illustrations, audio, and code—are the intellectual property of SynCraft or their respective rights holders.
2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

1. The App is free to use with optional premium features available via monthly subscription.
2. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the App Store and automatically renew monthly from the registration date.
3. Users can cancel auto-renewal at any time via their Google Play or App Store account settings. Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4. We do not manage subscription billing, cancellation, or refunds. All subscription-related issues are subject to the policies of Google Play or the App Store.

5. Ads and Unlockable Features

1. Certain features can be unlocked temporarily by viewing advertisements.
2. The type and frequency of ads may change without prior notice.

6. Disclaimers

1. We make no guarantees regarding the performance, accuracy, or safety of the App.
2. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from malfunctioning notifications or alarms.
3. Some features may become unavailable due to connectivity issues or third-party service changes.

7. Revisions to Terms

1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms as necessary.
2. Revised Terms will become effective upon posting in the App or on our official website.

8. Voice Synthesis and Credits

1. Some in-app voices are generated using the following synthesis services:

   Typecast (https://typecast.ai)
   Voices were created during an active commercial license agreement.

   VOICEVOX (https://voicevox.hiroshiba.jp)
   VOICEVOX voices are used in accordance with their Terms of Use. Included libraries:

   • Luma: VOICEVOX: Shikoku Metan
   • Toto: VOICEVOX: Chibishiki Jii
   • Milo: VOICEVOX: No.7
   • Pico: VOICEVOX: Hanaka Nana
2. All voices are used in compliance with their respective service and character licenses. Reuse, redistribution, or modification of these voices is strictly prohibited.
