Last updated: August 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SynCraft ("we," "us," or "our") handles user information in the iOS application SwingCat (the "App").
1. Information we collect and store
The App does not generally require users to directly enter a name, address, phone number, or email address in order to register.
Depending on use of the App, the following information may be stored on your device: timer settings; focus time and timer history; tasks entered by you; cats, items, titles, and other in-app content and their usage; App settings; optional profile information such as a name; and the status of paid features.
We may also collect or process information through third-party services for usage analysis, quality improvements, diagnostics, and advertising. This may include device type, OS, language settings, App version, launch and feature-use events, crash and performance data, IP address and other network information, advertising interactions, and device or advertising identifiers. The information actually processed can vary with your iOS version, device settings, privacy choices, consent status, and third-party service specifications.

3. Firebase

4. Google AdMob
We may use Google AdMob to display advertisements. The App may offer rewarded ads through which users can receive items or other in-app benefits. AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or process IP addresses, device information, device or advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, in-app interactions, and crash or performance information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

5. In-app purchases

6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell information about users. Information may be sent to or processed by Firebase, Google AdMob, Apple, and other services as necessary to provide the App. We may also disclose information where you consent, where disclosure is required by law, where necessary to protect life, body, or property, or as otherwise permitted by law.
7. Data retention and deletion
Timer history, cats, items, titles, settings, and other App data may be stored on your device. Data stored only on a device may be lost if the App is deleted, the device is reset, the device fails, or for other reasons. Data processed by third-party services is managed according to their respective retention periods and policies.
8. Advertising and privacy choices
The way advertisements are delivered may vary by region, device settings, Apple privacy features, consent status, and other conditions. Where required, we may display a screen requesting consent or a choice concerning ads or other data uses. You may manage the use of advertising identifiers and other information to the extent available through iOS privacy settings.
